Found this, a book proposed to WVU Press; later, Writing Under
was brought out by their subsidiary. Writing Under is avail
online of course; it's concerned with codework and electronic
literature, introduction by Sandy Baldwin. Emanent is an earlier
proposal, close to me, dealing with theoretical issues around
digital and analog, real and virtual. This is the manuscript,
which of course can be downloaded as a pdf and I hope you do and
